Roswell was premiered on the 6th of October 1999 and lasted on the 14th of May 2002. It runs for about three (3) seasons with sixty-one (61) episodes. It was based on a book entitled Roswell High. The series was created by Jason Katims. It was filmed on West Covina, California, USA. The series focused on the four teenage human/alien hybrids living at New Mexico City of Roswell which is not there choice.

Following the destiny given to them by the members of their dying race which they will someday destined to save. Max and Isabel Evans, Michael Guerin and Tess Harding are the teenage humans with extraordinary gifts. The four teenage hid their gifts until something happened on 1999 which will changed their lives forever. It starts when Max save Liz when she was shot in the stomach and a close relationship between the two was developed. Later on Liz's friends namely Maria, Alex and Kyle find out about the truth and everybody's lives are put in danger. And a close relationship between Liz's best friend and Michael was seen.

First season tackles the human/alien hybrids and their human companions. On the later seasons it was shifted and it goes to drama and science-fiction and discusses the relationship between humans and aliens.
