The Tick is an adaptation of the 1988 Ben Edlund New England Comics superhero of the same name premiered on September 10, 1994 on Fox Network and ended on November 24, 1996. It is about a blue-costumed muscular superhero who is the protector of “The City”. For his first mission, he should capture a moth-costumed creature named Arthur. But later on they decided to be partners to protect the city from villains such as Cairface Chippendale, El Seed and a whole lot more. The series gained popularity in 1994. The Tick's character is the basis of one video game and a board game.
