Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea was the America's longest running science fiction TV series on ABC Channel. It has four seasons and 110 episodes some episodes were filmed in black and white and some are colored. The story was created by Irwin Allen. The private company SSRN Seaview owned a nuclear submarine designed by Admiral Harriman. The submarine was used as a tool for oceanographic research for Nelson Institute Marine Search. The first season began a fight against a foreign government to stop the world-threatening earthquake. The second season was a trip inside a whale and a volcano. Several plots discuss about pollution of natural resources, foreign threat and theft of American Technology.
