Warner Brothers Studios aired Sugarfoot, a Western action television series that ran for four seasons from 1957 to 1961 on ABC-TV. The series featured Will Hutchins as an apprentice frontier lawyer Tom Brewster who went to the West as he figured that there is a need for lawyers there. He earned the peculiar name “Sugarfoot” because of his peaceful personality. Knowing htat Brewster is mild-mannered and peacful, he always find his self in violent situations. But he rather use reason than to firearms to get out of the trouble. Sugarfoot also features Jack Elam as Toothy Thompson, Tom's sidekick. It is a black and white TV series with a total of 69 episodes.
